I love to cook but don’t have that much time – hence, my cooking philosophy is to maximize the taste to time to cook ratio. I’m all about simple recipes and fresh ingredients. Lucky for me, San Francisco has an abundance of incredible quality ingredients. This blog is a culmination of recipes I found in books or passed down by friends & family that I may have modified to achieve the taste2time philosophy. There are also sprinkles of some San Francisco dining experiences and food stuff discoveries.
